Private fitness sessions with exclusive use of the studio. Providing personalised training, guidance and support tailored to your specific fitness level, goals and needs.
2:1 Personal Training
Tailored coaching to you and your training partner’s goals. Training with a partner adds shared encouragement and accountability.
Small group Personal Training (maximum of 5 ppl per session)
Train within a fun, energetic environment with group motivation and shared goals – great for people who enjoy community.

Sweat - Functional Fitness Classes in the Multi Activity Building (MAB) at Yate Outdoor Sports Complex (YOSC), BS37 7LB.
A functional fitness class is a type of workout that focuses on training your body for everyday movements and activities.
Come and experience the Roots Fitness Ethos with a growing supportive community that cheers you on every step of the way.
Every Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm - from January the 14th 2026!
Roots Fitness Sweat classes focus on training your body to perform everyday movements more efficiently, safely, and powerfully.
Classes include natural, multi-joint exercises that mimic real-life activities like lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, rotating and stabilising.
The goal is to build strength, coordination, endurance, and balance.
What you’ll experience:
Supportive coaching from a certified Women’s Coaching Specialist to perfect natural everyday movement patterns.
Fun high powered circuits (different each week) using kettlebells, resistance bands, slam balls and more.
Strength, cardio, balance and core training all in one.
A growing supportive community.
